Pilatus Business Aircraft VP Customer Serivce Piotr "Pete" Wolak oversees PC-12 operations in the Americas. Pete is proud to lead a team that provides service to Pilatus customer and Service Centers in the Americas that includes Technical Support Engineering, Spare Parts, Maintenance Training and Warranty.

Ty Carter has more than 15 years of leadership experience building middle market companies that focus on consumer services. An accomplished pilot for the past 15 years, Ty has accumulated more than 4,500 hours total time with more than 3,900 hours in the Pilatus PC-12.
Mike Haenggi, Marketing Manager for Pilatus Business Aircraft in Colorado, oversees PC-12 marketing in the Western Hemisphere. He and the rest of the marketing team are responsible for PC-12 advertising, brochures, press releases, trade shows, and market research.
Phil has been involved with Pilatus since 1997, serving as a Regional Sales Manager for Western Aircraft for several years, and was named VP of Aircraft Sales in 2004. Phil has taken over from Mike Fitzgerald as the second representative of the Service Center Community to sit on the POPA Board as an Advisor.

Phil Rosenbaum was born in a far away land (called New Jersey) a long time ago (called the 50s). Growing up, he was the kid who always looked up when a plane flew overhead (and as a result always got hit in the stomach by the baseball rather than catch it).
