Ty Carter has more than 15 years of leadership experience building middle market companies that focus on consumer services. An accomplished pilot for the past 15 years, Ty has accumulated more than 4,500 hours total time with more than 3,900 hours in the Pilatus PC-12.
Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Ty has achieved exciting results in the Aviation Insurance industry and is recognized for his success in growing sales and profits. His strategic approach to building and developing business is reflected in his work at Lance Toland Associates where he currently serves as Vice President.
Ty Carter previously served as President, Founder and CEO of The Prospect Group, Inc. Services included Sales and Divestitures, Acquisitions, Corporate Financing, Merger and Joint Ventures, LBOs, Debt Advisory and Restructuring, and Strategic Initiative Planning. Ty specialized in the area of consulting, strategic planning, and negotiations. He is experienced in guilding leaders to a clearer understanding of their oppportunties, options, and direction during strategically intricate business negotiations and planning. In his role as President and CEO of The Prospect Group, Ty accelerated the integration of full service investment banking into an already highly successful Mergers and Acquisitions intermediary firm.
The process of guiding individuals is not new to Ty. As a major player in an international career transition and organizational consulting firm, he was awarded the "Chairman's Award" for his initiative in developing a new strategic role for career transition.
His success also flourished in his previous role having guided numerous corporate leaders through the volatile time of merger and acquisitions. Successful transactions during his tenure exceeded $1 Billion.
